About Natalie
I created Space Between Wellness as a place where people can pause, breathe, and begin reconnecting with themselves.
​
So many of us move through life carrying emotional weight — old patterns, past experiences, grief, or the quiet exhaustion that comes from holding everything together for too long.
​
Over time, the nervous system learns to stay in survival mode.
What once protected us can begin to feel like something we’re trapped inside.
My work is about gently helping people find their way back out of that pattern.
​
Through guided hypnotherapy and compassionate support, I help clients calm their nervous system, release stored emotional patterns, and reconnect with the steadiness that already exists within them.
​
This work isn’t about forcing change or “fixing” something that’s broken.
It’s about creating the right environment for healing and self-trust to return naturally.
Sessions are conducted in a calm and supportive space where you can explore what’s ready to shift, at your own pace.

What to Expect in a Hypnotherapy Session
Beginning something new can bring curiosity, hope, and sometimes a little uncertainty.
My goal is to create a space where each session feels calm, supportive, and respectful of your pace.
Every session is designed to help your nervous system settle so your mind and body can begin shifting out of survival patterns and into a state of clarity and stability.

1. A Grounded Conversation
We begin with a relaxed conversation about what you are experiencing and what you would like to change or understand more deeply.
This allows me to understand the patterns, emotions, or life experiences that may be shaping what you're feeling right now.
There is no pressure to share anything you're not ready to discuss.
​
2. Gentle Guided Relaxation
Once we have clarity around your intention, I guide you into a calm and deeply relaxed state.
Hypnosis is simply a focused state of awareness where the nervous system softens and the mind becomes more open to supportive change.
Many clients describe this experience as peaceful, restorative, and deeply calming.

3. Inner Healing Work
During the hypnotic state we work with the deeper patterns that influence thoughts, emotions, and reactions.
This may include releasing stored emotional responses, reframing old beliefs, or helping the nervous system learn a new sense of safety.
You remain aware and in control the entire time.

4. Integration and Reflection
As the session concludes, we gently return to full awareness and take time to reflect on what shifted during the experience.
This helps the mind and body integrate the changes so they can continue unfolding naturally after the session.

Typical session length: 60–90 minutes
